Can I returns or exchanges?
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
How to request a personalized item?
You can design your images and send to us, we can print your designs on our products, you can request a design for your personalized items from us. At Ink Express, we make it easy for you to bring your designs to life. Our store offers professional printing services that allow you to customize a range of products with your own images. Whether you want to create a custom key tag, bottle, necklace, bag, or phone case, we’ve got you covered.

Click Buy it now or Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
If you don't see Add your personalization on the listing page, the seller might still be able to accommodate you.

Request the custom design for your items
Here are some suggestions on how to best convey what you're looking for:

If you’d like to have something made based on an existing item, send your request from the Send a message button on that item listing page.

Add an image to help illustrate what you’re looking for.

Send us the specifics of your request, include words, photos you want to print on the items, and choose which color, size, style of the printing you want.

Add a “needed by” date if you require the item by a particular time.
